Isringhausen Imports held its second annual Test Drive Towards a Cure event on Saturday, September 21st. Many enthusiastic participants came to test drive a variety of luxury vehicles in support of two important organizations dedicated to fighting breast cancer: Susan G. Komen and Land of Lincoln Pink Warriors.

The day began with a live in-store radio broadcast by Sam Madonia and the team at Sports Radio 1450. Local sports team co-owner and pro wrestler Jeff Jarrett also stopped by to promote an upcoming event and offer his support. Car enthusiasts were eager to test drive seven unique luxury vehicles, including the Porsche Taycan, BMW i5, and Volvo XC90. Isringhausen pledged to donate two dollars for every mile driven, and generous individuals also made cash donations to both organizations.

The weather was lovely, with just a brief afternoon shower. Excited drivers continued to arrive until the event ended at 4:00 p.m. On-air personalities from 104.5 WFMB and 99.7 The Mix also spoke with Isringhausen staff, test drivers, and others.

A big thank you to everyone who participated in test-driving one or more vehicles for such a great cause. The final event figures, including miles driven and funds raised, are still being calculated. Stay tuned for an update.
